Our Vision
|
RICF's vision is to provide loving families for abandoned or orphaned Romanian children.
Our aim is to see children reunited with their immediate or extended families.
Where this does not provide a solution, we place them with a Romanian foster family.

Educating and supporting mothers at high risk of abandoning their babies, to prevent child abandonment |
